Health
For serious medical emergencies, 112 will direct you to the appropriate service. In Tirana, Mother Teresa University Hospital is a major emergency facility. Travel insurance is recommended.
Getting to Kavaja
Kavaja is about 27 km from Tirana. You can reach it by car or bus from the capital. The coast is easily accessible from the city centre.
